Autoinflammatory Alliance board member and Advocate, and her daughter, Quinn were in New York City increasing awareness about autoinflammatory diseases in March. Here is her report:
We were pleased to be invited back to The 5th Annual Pediatric Rheumatology Conference this year. Our booth was quite popular and received a lot of traffic! The new comparative chart of rare autoinflammatory diseases was a big hit, especially amongst the fellows and physicians who were also happy to see our new injections tip manual available to patients. We passed out flyers for the upcoming Patient Picnics for physicians to display in their clinics in an effort to reach more patients and their families. A big thank you to Dr. Philip Kahn for including us in this event that we look forward to each year!
